Stability of TnaA-sfGFP and D1D3-sfGFP variants. Cells expressing protein fusions that exhibited altered localization were grown in LB to mid-log phase (OD600 = 0.6) and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Protein bands containing sfGFP were visualized by in-gel fluorescence imaging. The expected location of the full length fusion protein bands are denoted by arrows.
