Secretion analysis of DENV4 VLPs. (A) SDS-PAGE analysis of different fractions from sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation. Sucrose gradient sedimentation and SDS-PAGE analysis of DENV4 VLP secretions. The pGAPZaA-sprME-D4-X33 yeast lysates were centrifuged by sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation and different fractions were collected and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. 1: Marker; 2: 10%; 3: 15%; 4: 20%; 5: 25%; 6: 30%; 7: 35%; 8: 40%; 9: 45%; 10: 50%. (B) Western Blot analysis of E protein expression.
