Effect of synthetic compounds on the Pdr5p ATPase activity. Pdr5p-enriched plasma membranes were incubated in the presence of the synthetic compounds at a concentration of 100 μM. The ATPase activity was measured as described in the Methods. The control bar represents 100% of the enzymatic activity in the absence of the compounds.
