DhMotC interferes with vacuolar acidification in yeast. Quinacrine staining of yeast under different conditions: Cells were incubated with DMSO, 60 μM dhMotC or 50 μM concanamycin A, stained with the lysosomotropic dye quinacrine and visualized by fluorescence microscopy.
