Northern blot analysis of the relative amount of hoxW transcripts of Nostoc PCC 7120 under different growth conditions. The positions of rRNAs are as seen on the gel. The experiment were done in two biological replicate and the equal loading of the RNA was analyzed by determine the relative amount of rnpB transcripts.
