Effect of glycerol, NaCl and sucrose on the FB 2 production of Aspergillus niger and the total production of FB 1 , FB 2 and FB 3 by F. verticillioides, F. proliferatum , F. napiforme , F. nygamai and F. oxysporum. Strains have been incubated at 25°C for 7 days on CYA or PDA. The concentration of fumonisins were detected in the methanol:water (3:1) extract. The values are means of biological duplicates on two different plates, highest value is in parenthesis.
