(B) A549 cells were pretreated for 1 h with 25 μg/mL of PbMLSr, and control pneumocytes were pretreated for 1 h with 25 μg/mL of BSA. Adhesion of P. brasiliensis to pneumocytes was analyzed 2 h after the treatments.
