Lanes 1&6, whole cell lysates; Lanes 2&7, cytoplasmic fractions 3 & 8, inner membrane fractions; Lanes 4 & 9, periplasmic fractions; Lanes 5 & 10, outer membrane fractions. Antisera for detection of CdtA, CdtB, CdtC, CRP, and HtrA, respectively, were used for the immunoblot analyses and representative results of repeated experiments are shown.
