Each horizontal bar represents an isolate with isolate names and population and/or ethnic origin shown on the right. All Malaysian isolates were from this study while other isolates from the global MLST data. Mosaic colours for an isolate indicate mixed population origin from respective populations of matching colour. Y-axis represents percentage of population assignment.
