"↑" means the phosphorylation level was enhanced in stationary phase, "↓" means the phosphorylation level decreased in stationary phase, and "-"means no significant change was observed.
  2. b) "Y" means the phosphoprotein was detected in both M. genitalium and M. pneumoniae; "N" means the corresponding protein was not identified in both strains.
