Phylogenetic analysis. Neighbour-joining phylogenetic tree prepared from the concatenated housekeeping gene sequences of different strains of the B. cereus group. The tree was based on the MLST scheme described at the University of Oslo's Bacillus cereus group MultiLocus Sequence Typing website [16].
