Recombinant ALO lyses human monocyte derived macrophages (hMDMs) in a dose dependent manner. Percent viability of primary human monocyte derived macrophages after 30 min incubation at 37°C with varying concentrations of rALO in serum free conditions. The means and standard deviations of three independent experiments performed in duplicate are shown.
