Reproducibility of the LightCycler assay in clinical samples. The LightCycler PCR run of 10 negative clinical samples spiked with the known PG21 DNA concentration of 102 copies/μl. The assay showed no inhibition, all curves came up at the same time as 102 copies/μl of PG21 (marked with squares) from the standard dilution series.
