(D) TgCyp18 secretion in the ascetic fluid of infected mice at 3 and 5 days post-infection (dpi). Tachyzoites were inoculated intraperitoneally into wild type mice. Each value represents the mean ± the standard deviation of four replicate samples. Results are representative of two repeated experiments with similar results. RH-WT: wild-type parasites; RH-GFP: parasites transfected with GFP; RH-OE: parasites transfected with TgCyp18HA and GFP.
