Each value represents the mean ± the standard deviation of four replicate samples. Results are representative of two repeated experiments with similar results. RH-WT: wild-type parasites; RH-GFP: parasites transfected with GFP; RH-OE: parasites transfected with TgCyp18HA and GFP.
