Biofilm formation on 96-well polystyrene microtiter plates by representative biofilm-producing aEPEC strains. Strains were incubated in LB broth for 24 h at 26°C (A) and 37°C (B), and classified as biofilm producers when OD570 was higher than the E. coli HB101 strain mean value (OD570 ≤ 0.5). Data are from a representative experiment with three replicates. The bars represent the standard deviation.
