The dprA and arpU mutations were the homozygous mutations identified in the gene-coding region, which may result in the transcriptomic and proteomic level changes of genes clustered into replication, recombination, repair, cell wall biogenesis, metabolisms, energy production and conversion and some predicted general function. “P” represents proteomic changes and “T” represents transcriptomic changes.
