  1. RT-qPCR infectivity assay was performed six times by two analysts on different days. The accuracy of the assay was calculated by evaluating the percentages of values obtained by RT-qPCR infectivity assay versus the expected infectious titre values by plaque assay. The CV% from the six independent assays is also determined.
