rPlp activity determined by TLC analysis. BPC (A), NBD-PE (B), NBD-PS (C), and NBD-Sm (D) were used as phospholipid substrates to examine the specificity of rPlp. Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was used as a negative control, and PLA2 enzyme from porcine pancreas as a positive control.
