Neighbour joining tree of Rickettsia endosymbionts using sequences of 16S rDNA. Sequences obtained in the present study are coloured and phylogenetic groups were constructed according to Weinert et al [22]. The amount of sequences included in the groups are indicated by numbers. Branch lengths were reduced in two positions (marked with diagonal slashes).
