  1. The EHEC ATCC 43895 was grown to OD600≈1.0, RNA was extracted using RNeasy kit and converted to cDNA as described in text. Target genes were amplified from three biological samples. Fold change was calculated using 2(−ΔΔCt) method and presented as mean ± SD of three replicates.
