Characterization of outgroup strains by RAPD analysis and by WCP profiles. (A) RAPD analysis of four outgroup strains using primers 2, 7, and 12: Pasteurella multocida (PM), Mannheimia haemolytica (MH), Pasteurella trehalosi (PT) and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (AP). The H. parasuis IA84-29755 (HP) fingerprint is shown for comparison to outgroup strains.
