Δpof1 cells are sensitive to protein unfolding. The cells from the stationary phase of growth were diluted to OD600 nm = 0.2, followed by 4 serial dilutions of 5X. A total of 5 μL of each dilution were spotted on SD complete media plates containing no unfolding agent, DTT or tunicamycin. The plates were incubated at 30°C for 48 h and photographed.
