Relative copy number of WO in 1hour synchronized 3' larvae individuals. The relative copy numbers of each phage type are plotted against the relative density of Wolbachia in individual one hour synchronized third instar larvae. Each point on the graph represents one larva and the same 16 larvae were used to measure each of WORiA, WORiB, and WORiC. The shaded area represents one standard deviation of the combined 16 WO densities (0.085, 0.286, and 0.181, respectively) and the red line indicates the expected integrated copy number based on the published wRi genome sequence. The relative densities of wRi and each of the WO phages did not show any significant correlation (Pearson; p > 0.05)
