Role of MAPK in cytotoxicity of V. Parahaemolyticus. Caco-2 cells were co-incubated with V. parahaemolyticus WT RIMD2210633 for 3 h (MDC staining) or 4 h (LDH assay), either alone or in combination with one of the MAPK inhibitors, SB203580 (5 μM), SP600125 (15 μM) or PD98059 (40 μM).
