Thermal signals of a series of samples of the same transmittance (T600 = 90%) kept in cold storage at 1 - 2°C. Reproducibility issues are mainly generated by the thermal regime, i.e. iso - non-iso - iso switches. Perturbations of the thermal signal are also evidenced in the figure. One may notice the partial overlap of these perturbations with the intrinsic thermal signal of the bacterial populations.Back to article page
