Change in trans-epithelial electrical resistance (TEER) across differentiated Caco-2 monolayers (18 days old) in the presence of L. plantarum MB452 (OD 600 nm 0.9). The change in TEER is the percentage change compared to the initial TEER for each monolayer. The values plotted are the means for four monolayers and the error bars show the SEM.
