Hierarchical clustering analysis of the microarray dataset. Clustering analysis was performed on a selected gene list (819 genes) generated by one-way ANOVA with an adjusted p-value (FDR ≤ 0.1) and after combining data from days 1 and 2 for both cultures (A and B) and light conditions (HL and HL+UV) and at each time point. The dendrogram was produced as described in the text. Colored triangles correspond to the different cell cycle phases with G1 in blue, S in red and G2 in green. The orange square indicates the stage where cells exhibit a delay in the S phase under HL+UV condition.
