(B)- Mapping of the consensus motifs detected by MEME analysis of the predicted promoter sequences (IGPr). The motifs are highlighted in bold upper case. ATG is the translational start codon of Rv0167. (C, D)- Sequence logos of the two consensus sequences as given as the probability of occurrence at the given position with in the motif by the MEME software. The size of the letter indicating the strength of the consensus in the set of sequences analysed.
