The ~7.4 kb Bam Hl and ~4.5 kb Bam HI/Eco RI fragments are indicated by the Bam HI and Eco RI sites. The 5.76 kb fragment of M. tuberculosis H37Rv genomic DNA contains the 34 bp of DNA upstream of Rv2233, Rv2233-Rv2240c, and the tRNA for valine [Reference 23].
