Chromatography of concentrated whey proteins on Sephacryl S-200 HR column (2.6 cm × 80.0 cm). Peaks were monitored at 280 nm and eluted with 0.1 M Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, supplemented with 0.5 M NaCl, 1 mM phenylmethanesulphonyl fluoride, 0.1% NaN3 and 50 mM ε-amino n-caproic acid, pH 7.6; the flow rate was 120 ml/h and fractions of 5 ml were collected. The horizontal lines under the respective peaks indicate pooled fractions. P1-S, P2-S and P3-3 denote the pooled peaks.
