  1. G, L and Q primers were used for amplifying NV96-908 fragments, and Trx-up and Trx-dw primers for generating the insert and junction sequence of recombinant plasmids. These Trx primers have also been used for sequencing. Underlined sequences of G primers and LI primer shows the Sma I site, and that of bo th L2 primer and Q primers the Xba I site.
